Promotion



Specific objectives

  • To link academic entities and UNAM agencies through the University Network of Internationalization Responsibles (RURI)
  • To support academic entities in the development of internationalization strategies
  • To cooperate with Higher Education Institutions (HEI) and international organizations (embassies, agencies, IME, AMEXCID) in the dissemination of internationalization opportunities and the development of specific projects
  • To promote the development of special internationalization programs at home: Summer Schools, UNAMigo, and Collaborative Online International Learning Courses (COIL), among others
  • To execute the Program for Special Activities of Interinstitutional Cooperation (PAECI) for internationalization purposes


Programs




Internationalization Responsibles University Network (RURI)


Initiative of the International Head Office (CRAI), in collaboration with the Office for International Cooperation (DGECI), with the participation of those responsible for internationalization in each of the academic entities. Its objective is to foster internationalization and promote academic cooperation and student mobility in its community.




Summer school


Mobility program that offers intensive short courses for students from international and national Higher Education Institutions, designed and taught by academic specialists, assigned to different academic entities of UNAM.




COIL


Academic activity with a curricular value that incorporates the Collaborative Online International Learning method, known as COIL.




UNAMigo


Accompaniment program for international and national students to support and guide their integration into UNAM during their mobility, promoting multicultural exchange.
